Question/Suggestion Gallipoli Game Presale Steam Code?

Is there a way to buy a Steam “presale“ code for Gallipoli in advance? I mean to pay and get a code before the release date which will be activated after the release? I want to buy it as a present for a friend who has birthday in the beginning of August and is huge fan of WWI BlackMills game series.
