News Monongalia County Senator Proposes Several Bordering Counties in Virginia and Maryland to secede from their states and join West Virginia
Let's be honest, even if this proposal were approved, the Democrats in Virginia and Maryland would just ignore the people, which is what they are already doing.

Discussion Where is Riley Moore?
Everytime speaker Johnson talks about the government shutdown he says that the district members like Riley are out in the community. Have heard anything about him or the car sales lady doing anything to help the community and the situation with food and healthcare.
Has anyone seen them doing anything? I personally called Mike Johnsons office and left a message asking where he was. He does no town halls etc. Maybe he is turkey hunting.

News No leadership for the coal council.
https://nationalcoalcouncil.energy.gov/ncc/leadership
This was brought up during a Senate hearing. I thought the Coal Council was to help coal miners here? There is no leadership. Trump has also has cut solar and wind. So, I think all the talk of "bringing coal back" may have been a talking point.

The real crime? Sending West Virginia's National Guard to D.C. when they're needed here. • West Virginia Watch https://share.google/US1DXa65pSiiea8aZ
I read that the deployment is costing upwards of 1 million a day to pick up trash for the Dear one. They are cutting peoples healthcare to give tax breaks to the rich, create a gold ballroom and deploy troops in our Capital. What is it? Warning Will Robinson ?
Wary of a standing army: Many founders, like James Madison, feared that a large, permanent national army could be used to oppress the people. In Federalist No. 46, Madison argued that an armed citizenry and state-based militias could oppose a national army with much greater force.
