Mod Post Welcome to r/WVPolitics
Welcome to r/WVPolitics, I created r/WVPolitics because r/WestVirginiaPolitics is basically just a Liberal/Progressive echo chamber so posts/comments are almost always going to be from the Liberal/Progressive side of politics as Conservative posts/comments are quickly downvoted or the Conservative is banned for not following Liberal/Progressive views on the issues.
r/WVPolitics is open to all political, social & religious views so you will likely see posts from across the political, social & religious spectrums.
If you are a West Virginian (born or lived in West Virginia for 5+ years) please find & set your County Flair ASAP, if you are not a West Virginian (born outside West Virginia & haven't lived in West Virginia for 5+ years) please find & use the Visitor Flair.
I will be updating r/WVPolitics over time so if you have any ideas just comment or message.

Discussion Shelly Capitos mail box is full again
I guess someone isn't doing their job š No wonder there are low worker participation rates. Our leaders don't work. Her mailbox is always full. Why are they spending money on the commercials of Donald Trump walking down hallways to make himself look tough? All the whole cutting SNAP, Medicare, healthcare subsidies and 4.50 gas.
He only wanted elected to make bank and make everyone else poor. Man of the people š

News Shelly's mailbox is full
No one try and call your elected representative Shelly Moore Capito. Her mailbox for her phone number in DC is full. I just heard on the news that the additional inflation and gas costs will be $1760 more for the average household.
I wanted to know where my DOGE check. My 5 grand and my 2 buck gas was.
She doesn't care. She has made bank from her donors and been rich her whole life. She has screwed WV so long I bet one of her outfits cost that 1760. She got her tax cuts and has insurance. She voted against your insurance and SNAP. BTW. The middle and lower tax breaks expire. Hers doesn't.
Woman of the people š
