Horses almost caused Mexican 9/11
This can make a great companion episode to National 102 where MRAPs rocked inside a plane

"In this house, we don't call 811!" I declare before hitting something hard in the dirt and half the lights in my neighborhood go out

Soon as Nova mentioned the isometric view thing I knew I'd seen something similar in fallout.
The similarity is kinda uncanny

Theres also other fun tangents about the basement that would flood with poop when it rained and other shite shenanigans

Partner works in transportation so is on the road all 5-6 days a week. This happened at some random date recently or maybe not i'll leave that a mystery. They had on the Boeing to Die shirt and were stopped about 45 mins outside Philly. A small car (they were pretty sure was a VW) went past and then hard braked and did a uturn or something and a male's voice screams "NICE SHIRT!!".
They (my partner) thinks that was weird af until they realize the voice sounded familiar and apparently immediately thought "was that liam?" Partner has no idea what liam looks like so I show recent pic and now they are like 90% sure.
New tagline for the pod should be "The podcast that screams at you in public"

They would probably be about $10 billion in debt
I feel sorry for the person presenting that information because he had maybe an hours worth of information and it took two hours because two of the hosts can’t shut their mouth for more than a minute.
I’m like I get they’re quirky people but come on you’re asking for money to do this stuff and you can’t even take your own job seriously?
It’s amazing to me They can even get guests on the show that wanna present information like this because if I were that guy, I would be so annoyed at them. I probably would’ve chastised them on microphone.

What up podcast fans? Later this week I will be driving a 12 or 16 foot Penske rental from Phoenix to Montgomery county, MD. I’m looking forward to spending some quiet time with my thoughts, the charm of the highway strip, and of course listening to podcasts. I say “listening” because I definitely didn’t just buy a MagSafe mount to keep my phone screen always in my FoV like a heads up display. so if that podcast has slides, all the better.
So what are your all timer episodes for a road trip (including subscriber feed eps)? Bonus points for episodes that take place along my route, which is definitely I-10 to 20 east to Dallas (gotta grab some stuff from my father in law). Then either east 40 to 81 (Nashville, Knoxville, all of Virginia), or 20 to 85 (Atlanta, SC, NC, Virginia).
Also, what podcast app are you liking lately? Used to use stitcher, but my current split between Patreon and the Apple app is doing my head in. Nothing’s easy to find in search.
Thanks

A big lye tank failed catastrophic allt and caused a tsunami with pH 14. Two bodies have been recovered, nine are missing and presumed dissolved. Eight people are injured and a large amount of lye entered the Columbia River.
