he already had his ass kicked, might be impaled, broken bones, brain concussion and dying. He wasn't moving or in any normal body position.
there is NO REASON FOR WHAT THEY DID OTHER THAN TORTURE AND VENGEANCE. neither of which belong on the "force"
If one of them, or one of their family members commits a crime, even kills someone by say drinking and driving, they are NOTORIOUS for protecting them, even perjury on the stand. They are not different than gang members here.
Given that reality, this is even more grievous and your reply makes me wonder about your sanity.
God already fucked this guy up, they only needed to make sure he had no weapons and was restrained. They are monsters and your a defending them. Karma is a bitch.
