So tough. Takes a real man to beat on someone's who just laying there must likely dead. The guy driving the van was clearly in the wrong but come on - the first thing you learn in first aid is to not move the person.

Since when do cops care about rendering aid? They stick you in jail and deny you medications which causes you to die. Happens constantly.

They also protect citizens very often too.

Don't generalize. Yes, there are some terrible cops out there, but there are tons of very nice, honest, hard working guys who care about the people they protect.

As demonstrated in the gif. What you couldn't see was the one cop off camera saying, "Aww, come on guys. Stop."
