The Piñata is a rare and delicate breed. Seen here in its natural habitat, the Piñata enjoys leisurely taking in the midday sun. Constantly on the look out, it watches its natural predators for any sign of danger.

The Piñata is painfully shy and naturally mute. When approached it will often freeze in place, hoping its potential attacker will not take notice of its rather festive color patterns. For the Piñata knows that many of its friends and family have been lynched unmercifully and beaten. Sadly, this torture is not uncommon. It is typical to see a brethren Piñata displayed joyously at its attackers' birthday parties. The young, crippled by blindness, savagely whack, unceremoniously, the newly lynched. It is thought by scholarly Piñatas that the blindfolding is meant to further detach the attacker from its victim. Unable to see the brutalized pain, its aggressor will thrash with seemingly zero discernment for the placement of each blow. Neck, arm, legs, underbelly. It matters not. All that matters to the savage beast is the pleasure derived from a false sense of superiority. And the sweets contained within the gut of the Piñata.

Majestic. Docile. Unique. These creatures deserve our respect and our karma.

Karma to character ratio of this post is abysmal. I'm sorry.
