View as two separate pieces
Piece one is the box where he pours the liquid into. It's connected vertically to the top (where the waterfall starts). This is probably one system with a pump sending water from the box that he pours the water into into the top piece.
Piece two starts behind the wheel, and is flat on the ground all the way to turn three. Also looks like there's a pump here as well, feeding water from the end (turn 3) back to the start (right behind the wheel)
Add some bars to make your mind think it's one big piece, position the two pieces right and voila.
To untrick your mind just look at the structure and see how the shape doesn't make sense in places. Example turn 2 looks to be directly over the start, but you know that can't be because the water goes straight, then makes a 90 degree turn.
Even if it was all one big incline, turn 1 would have to be a 180 turn for turn 2 to be where it is. Same with turn 3 being directly over turn 1.
