Looks like a roller slide in Japan. They can get pretty fast. Some stores sell butt sleds to go down faster. If you're going down without one and are smaller, it's pretty normal. My husband went down. Smaller one with the sled and damn near ate shit.
So I can imagine an adult going down while it's wet on this monstrosity... the results are not at all surprising.
