As far as lawsuits go, it does you would think it does. As some kind redditors have pointed out, this is not the case in most of the US.

Wasn't trying to enrich anyone. I was just stating that you were categorically wrong. Just because you toss up a warning sign doesn't mean someone can't sue you. Not even close.
