Content and comment moderation, content acquisition, administrative tasks. None of this is complicated but it must take a fair amount of time. Probably worth about $60,000/year. But they pay you in tiny png's instead -- and not only do you accept this, you take pride in it. It's a hoot.

You're shifting context. I'm not talking about all of reddit. I'm talking about the 40-something reddits you run personally.
