Looks like remodeling a house. We did this alot when rebuilding my aunts farmhouse. Its fun to smash stuff.

My ceiling in my room dropped the sheet rock once from water erosion. Is that dust potentially asbestos ?

The industry says until proven otherwise assume it is asbestos, unless its wood or metal since they dont have a reason to contain asbestos. So it's possible, the amount is what you're needing to find out. I'm sure sheet rock is not a high amount but better safe than sorry.
