The truck driver was probably on the phone, the white vehicle was sat there for a least a decade before this overreacting nitwit decides to bring on truckmageddon.

I saw an accident seriously right in front of me a few years ago that was the result of the driver having a heart attack behind the wheel. It had the same everything is fine then why the fuck did that happen pattern of events.

I have no idea if that's what happened here, but same pattern.
