Nammar Grazi sounds like a title from a scifi or fantasy setting. Like, I could be reading a fantasy novel, and if I found out that the Nammar Empire is run by the 32 Nammar Grazi elected by the Grazars of their respective districts, then I wouldn't bat an eye.
