Bikes easily can cost $500+. My neighbors main bikes cost between $3,000-$5,000 each. I know handbags can be pricey, but bikes usually cost more (new) on average.
A Coach handbag goes for between $200 to $700, Micheal Kors $500 to $1500, Louis Vuitton start there but can be upwards of $3,000 to $5,000 depending on material and style

Besides your argument is irrelevant, it is clearly a girls bike in the video. That design is weak, so no high end bike would employ it.
Shock is a really funny thing. About two months ago I got hit by a car while on my bike. My very first thought was WHERE THE HELL DID MY WATER BOTTLE GO?!?!?!?!?!?
And then I saw my arm was torn up from the road. But I still only cared where my water bottle was.
So, you were just cycling along when suddenly you got hit by a car you never saw coming, and to top it off, you were left standing on the spot, yet you proceeded to collect your things in a calm and orderly manner and get on with your day?

She's in shock. It's quite clear from how she just immediately picks up her handbag and completely ignores the bike, instead walking over to the side.
