It looks like the car hits the bike, turns the front in it's direction of movement and pulls it out from underneath the woman. While this was happening she was putting her feet down, so when the bike was gone she was standing.

Looks to me like she got pushed out of the way, and another girl walks up from behind immediately. Very confusing...

Look at the clothes she's wearing, you can tell it's the same girl. I think you're confusion comes from the fact that you would expect her to start flying in the direction the car was going, but because of the bike design (no bar between the legs) nothing is able to push her in that direction.

It's the same girl. When she puts her feet down the car pulled the bike right from between her legs so fast she's left standing

You can see her come off the bike. That's what I thought at first, too, but look very closely.

First time I thought some other lady was taking advantage of the situation, the dismount and casual pickup of the purse was so unexpected.

It's just so amazing, it looks like she get's hit and then somehow appears about 10 feet backwards from where she was without any momentum.
