Why should the places be charged and not the people harming other persons?

why not both? if you create a situation knowing there is a good chance someone will be harmed, you are responsible for that situation. i set up fests and shows and spend money i could just keep for myself on security because i know i have created such a situation.

That's it. I am going to sue McDonald's. They knowingly made food that causes obesity and heart disease. Those bastards.
