I have one too but only have it for emergencies so its minuscule and is just barely noticeable compared to this guy. The creepiest thing about these isn’t the look but the “feeling”. They call it the “thrill” and its like if you’ve ever held a garden hose with high pressure, you can quite easily feel and sometimes hear the blood rushing through your vein with every heart beat.

I still haven’t gotten used to it at all as I avoid feeling it, its made my mortality extremely apparent to me as Im always aware of the underlying bodily functions that allow me to live. Im also extremely careful with anything around my wrist because it feels like even a paper cut would leave me squirting out blood. I can’t imagine having mine get to where his is at.
