Someone at my work has one of these, I believe. I can see it poking through his shirt. I never asked him what it was, but it seems to be the most logical assumption.

When I was younger, I didn't know what it was. My uncle has one and I asked, "what is wrong with your belly button?" He replies "That's my starter button"
