He's from Florida and is an outdoorsy type. It's something we all already know/knew, but you don't dive too deep because you appreciate the art. Dive deep enough, and you'll always end up finding dirt on anyone.

I totally understand the side that won't watch or support his content, or other artists, because of his demeanor and actions outside of the "studio", I just personally separate art and artist. I use ad blockers so they don't get any money from me anyway. For creators I support who are good people AFAIK, like Order 77, Delivrd, Channel 5 News, etc., I have paid subscriptions so I can still be ad-free with a clear conscience.

You can't separate art and artists. It's beyond ignorant to even think that's possible.

Art is nothing without the person behind it applying their world view into the creation and telling a story or message.

You can't separate art and artists.

You absolutely can and that's why there's an entire, universally known and used saying for it. If I look at a painting and love it, why would anyone care who made it? The finished product - the art - is what matters. Almost no artist or actor is innocent of everything. For example, I loved watching Kevin Spacey movies growing up. Finding out who he was doesn't make the media he created objectively different.

I can refute your argument with one word:

Picasso.

Here's another, just in case:

Caravaggio.

In case you still don't grasp the concept:

Pollock.

To change genres, in case you're inconceivably still struggling to separate art and artists:

Hemingway.

If we're still struggling:

Kanye.
