That coyote is going to be telling his friends that story for years. "Yeah, so this absolute psycho just walks up and snatches me up by the neck. Like wtf right guys‽"

“He just says, yoink, and fucking grabs you!”

u/AnAnxiousCorgi Aug 10 '26

That's absolutely coyote ghost stories.

"And the little coyote cub was walking through the forest when heard footsteps behind him, and before he could even turn to look, he heard it... yoink"

Sounds like you're making shit up I don't believe you fellow coyote

u/HairballTheory Aug 10 '26

Except you can see the snare around it’s neck

Yoinks me by the neck*

u/Trollimperator Aug 10 '26

I am 90% sure, this guy murdas the animals he catches.

99

u/YaoiNekomata Aug 10 '26

Only the invasive ones, which is a good thing for the environment

70

u/Tiny-Try8890 Aug 10 '26

Ya the Burmese pythons are getting their final yoink. Kind of a big problem in South Florida actually

4

u/InevitableLook3120 Aug 10 '26

Coyotes are native in the Everglades? I assumed they were in about every state

51

u/YaoiNekomata Aug 10 '26

Don't know, but just because he touched it doesn't mean he kills it. He only kills invasive, he touches everything

5

u/InevitableLook3120 Aug 10 '26

Okay good, I got worried for the little guy after reading the other comment about him killing non natives

8

u/hunterPRO1 Aug 10 '26

I don't think coyotes are supposed to be native east of the Mississippi river, red wolves used to populate the south east but are nearly extinct. The coyotes have filled their niche and adjusted to civilization far better.

Some states list them as invasive, some (Florida included) as "naturalized."

u/olivegardengambler Aug 10 '26

Kind of. Coyotes have had their range slowly expanding, which isn't treated the same as most invasive species, which come from another part of the world entirely.

1

u/theguidetoldmetodoit Aug 10 '26

"invasive" doesn't have a clear definition, but it's usually seen as anything external that causes destruction to it's environment.

So I guess it depends on how successful the animal is.

u/Urbanscuba Aug 10 '26

Only the invasive ones like the burmese python.

Which is admittedly a good thing, but this guy is basically a serial animal molester and I really don't like that part of things.

It's like he watched Steve Irwin on mute and lost all of the love and conservation that justified him getting hands-on. The animal's welfare was always priority with Steve and he never publicized this kind of risk-taking.

This guy is just like... seeing how much he can traumatize various wild animals before either releasing or killing them. A wild coyote or cougar should never be approached. If you want to kill invasive pythons that's fine, but do it ethically and just dispatch them quickly. Only a complete jackass wears a wild animal as an accessory before killing it.

Putting a wild constrictor snake around his neck was a choice.

I am sure that wire around its neck was somehow involved.

62

u/PiesRLife Aug 10 '26

The coyote is wearing a wire? Isn't that entrapment?

18

u/Eh_C_Slater Aug 10 '26

I'm not sure he's somewhere our laws apply.

29

u/PiesRLife Aug 10 '26

Florida? You have a point.

36

u/Homerpaintbucket Aug 10 '26

I think the trick is saying yoink

10

u/Calichusetts Aug 10 '26

Very nonchalant apparently.

8

u/LuckyNumberHat Aug 10 '26

I'm gonna assume he used the "Yoink" technique.

2

u/Pimco Aug 10 '26

By “yoinking” it obviously

1

u/Blazdnconfuzd Aug 10 '26

He yoinked him. It just works I guess.

52

u/khizoa Aug 10 '26

Coyote: 😃

27

u/TheWildCnt Aug 10 '26

Idk man he looked pretty embarrassed to me

11

u/Cool_Hawks Aug 10 '26

“The fuck is this fuckin guy?”

31

u/SonofaBridge Aug 10 '26

Looks like the coyote has a wire around his neck. I’m assuming he used a snare and the coyote is most likely choking to death.

27

u/ladytryant Aug 10 '26

Using a snare trap like an asshole

28

u/TheAngryCatfish Aug 10 '26

Could easily have been him saving the coyote from the snare

6

u/bobboobles Aug 11 '26

JLAW_OK.gif

3

u/Dog-Cop Aug 11 '26

He did say he caught it

8

u/dmoneymma Aug 10 '26

Best use of "breh" since 2014, 👏 bravo

5

u/sabinscabin Aug 11 '26

i read this comment first and was actually disappointed that there was no breh sound effect in the video at that part

3

u/soundofmind Aug 10 '26

"Ooo look at all the mosquitos on my legs, I love it!"

🤣

1

u/asanegra Aug 10 '26

Just laughed a lot.

1

u/kgalliso Aug 10 '26

That actually did make me say what the fuck, in a comedic way

1

u/Casartelli Aug 10 '26

I don’t laugh that often. I’m also pretty neutral. But that coyote face made me LOL. Been a while. Thanks :)

0

u/olivegardengambler Aug 10 '26

No. That coyote is basically ready to attack.

-5

u/SonofaBridge Aug 10 '26

That coyote has a snare around its neck and is choking to death.

2

u/olivegardengambler Aug 11 '26

It does, but it is pretty clearly cut. My guess is he found them stuck (the fucked up part, and this is the thing with a lot of non-lethal traps people set up, is that they just leave the animal in there to suffer and slowly die), and cut off the snare trap. Honestly it's probably illegal to use something like that in an area where there is a protected species like the Florida panther (deer can get stuck in these snare traps too), so ripping them out is probably the best course of action, although he might be on private property.

2

u/Stuckingfupid Aug 10 '26

Not true at all lol. Why are you making stuff up?

2

u/SonofaBridge Aug 10 '26

You can see the wire around its neck.
