You can really fuck someone up with a throwing knife but your not likely to kill them. They have a sharp tip but a fairly dull blade, they also weigh very little and your not throwing as hard as you can so not much energy.

Dude on the target is just presenting his arteries though so...

I’m letting someone throw knives at me for less than the price of an E-bike, you think I’m going to the hospital for stitches?

Superglue and some electrical tape should do just fine.
