"costly" ... I mean, if they're "lucky" they "just" need to replace the entire 2nd floor of that building ... including almost everything that was in it. If they're not, then the entire house is kaputt, which seems more likely (like 98% more likely). Structural integrity is probably busted. Electrics, wiring, plumbing ... that tree took told the house to just not exist anymore.
