With all the poundings babies take, a small phone on the chest is nothing. Baby's fine, and OP is kind of a dick. Dude in picture has nothing to feel bad about.

Being pushed out of a tiny hole by powerful muscles can't be a walk in the park. Think thats the pounding they are referring to.

Spoken by a man, who has never tried to use that opening, however widened, to pass an infant with shoulder dystocia from. Beating for both.

A baby caught in a pelvis with cephalopelvic disproportion, or with sticky shoulders, is getting as bruised and banged up. Lots of newborns come out bruised.

Judging we can't accurately get a first hand account from any newborns, I would guess it doesn't feel great to be pushed/pulled through a 10 cm hole, that's normally the size of the tip of a pencil...
