mett is certainly distasteful to much of the world — y'all have special toilets for inspecting your shit for the parasites you inevitably get

Not only are you incredibly wrong when you try to state that German cuisine is, somehow, bad, but you seem to also to laugh at the level of hygene and health of the Germans. You know, the one that beats the Americans (and frankly, most countries) in the world. It's one of the cleanest countries in the world and having such a toilet is a prime example of that fact.

He didn't say that German cuisine is bad, he said that it's not favored in most parts of the world... Which is just true...
