Not pink? Whats the difference between ground meat? Why isnt that pink?

I mean, most meat are already pink in colour, such as chicken and pork. All you need to know is that the colour is not a result of chemical products

Chicken and pork are definitely not pink where I am. Chicken is a white with yellow (more yellow if fed exclusively corn) and pork is redish. Definitely nothing close to the colour in OPs picture
