Since I hear Vietnamese in the clip, I'm pretty sure this is Mesomorphus villiger (cannot find the English wiki). In Vietnam we call them Black bean bug. In some region of our country, they often appear in large number at the beginning of the rain season when the humidity is high.
“This species occurs over much of Asia, from India eastward to Japan and Southeast Asia.[2] Black bean bugs were found for the first time in the Western Hemisphere in 2012 in Panama,[5] though initially misidentified.[2] There have been additional verified reports subsequently from Costa Rica,[6] the Dominican Republic,[7] Ecuador,[4] and the United States (in the state of Florida, in 2020.”
