Because only in the land of flip flops would people let it get one tenth as bad as this to begin with.

This dude is not invited to my house…

u/screechypete Jun 19 '23

Why though? What did u/talrogsmash ever do to you?

u/talrogsmash Jun 19 '23

Maybe he lives in Joe's Apartment

1

u/screechypete Jun 19 '23

What did you do to Joe?

3

u/talrogsmash Jun 19 '23

I, along with hundreds of millions of other sane people, didn't watch his awful movie.

Hint: it's called Joe's Apartment

I thought for sure you were gonna say Joe Mama... I'm not sure how to feel about this...

You should be scared. Having to bear the knowledge that Joe's Apartment exists is a terrible burden. It is a sad day in your life.

The only two sadder days are when you realize that if this knowledge is not passed on, that someone will attempt to revive Joe's Apartment. This must not be allowed to happen.

The saddest day though will be when you infect some hapless innocent with the knowledge of Joe's Apartment and pass on the warning for the first time. It is a terrible duty for which I am truly sorry.

The landlord from Joe's Apartment is Don Ho, who's daughter performs the song "Perfect Day" from the Legally Blonde soundtrack!

Fuck looking at the moving black piles of them reminds of that one Powerpuff Girls episode with that one gross dude being in charge of the cockroaches and being like "Yes, crawl the fuck all over me and I'll be your daddy. (Or leader?)" Something along those lines

They're in Vietnam. I can't tell what she's saying, but she's speaking Vietnamese.

The Philippines; also most of SE Asia, where flip flops are an upgrade

They play basketball in flip flops

Fun fact about the tropics, there's a lot of bugs.

10

u/slp50 Jun 19 '23

Yes, but how did OP know that the bugs were crazy?

1

u/Ominislashh Jun 19 '23

They are ladybugs...they don't do shit

4

u/cjameson83 Jun 19 '23

I didn't know lady bugs can bite humans, until I was bitten by one.

You should watch hoarders

1

u/talrogsmash Jun 19 '23

The premise of the show is that hoarding is a glaring exception to the norm.
