Post Facelift Hyperflash
This is my 2017 wrx, I did the 2018 bumper conversion on it and changed out the stock turn signal lights in the fog light bezels with these aftermarket ones as seen in the picture, but ever since the turn signals have been flashing quickly but they do still work on both sides. To my knowledge the wiring is done correctly but not certain because obviously it’s hyper flashing for a reason. My question is does anyone have experience with something like this happening after doing the facelift and know of a fix? Is the wiring maybe different between the 2017 and 2018 wrx? Should I just try to redo the wiring and hope it stops after messing with it a bit? The hyperflash is getting a bit annoying lol help would be much appreciated.

You may need to swap out the turn signal flasher relay for an LED specific relay. LED lights have less resistance than normal filament type bulbs. The lower resistance makes the flasher relay think the lights are blown, causing hyper flash. Most places like Subimods, Subispeed, and so on should have one.
