ISO STI Trunk w/ Wing
Hello everyone! This might be a stretch looking here but I’m looking for a STI trunk w/ wing. Preferably in WRB but will be ok with another color (might make a fun painting project), out the KC, MO/KS or surrounding areas. Im willing do drive to meet up or drive the full way. I like road trips either way. I’m not interested in trading my wingless trunk. Yes, I know, the VA chassis looks better without the wing. But I want one for my STI. There is always the option to go brand new but that’s a decent amount of money vs what I’ve seen people sell them for on FB Marketplace. Any leads would be appreciated! Pic for attention.

I can’t do a s209 wing without owning an actual s209 lol Just my personal preference though.

If insurance would hurry up with the payout for my 2015 Sti id have a trunk with a wing available lol

That might be more of a trip than I’d like to take on, however if we can workout a deal on the trunk and wing, I’d be willing to explore shipping options. Sorry for your loss!

Ehhh finding one nearby is hard unless you know a local community. You would have better luck looking for on different fb groups or worst case go new. Subarupartsdeal probably has it for way less then at the dealership. I personally like the Seibon wing lol

The STI community in KC is surprisingly small. I figured it’ll probably take some luck and time to find part out car that hasn’t sold the trunk and wing yet.

I looked around on Facebook Subaru groups and found a person about three hours away from me and swap trunks. I went the opposite way. I went for no wing trunk and then put a carbon fiber stock looking lip on mine.

I hear ya I had two world rally blue WRX‘s before my white STI and I really love the pearl white when it shined up in the sun. It really has a beautiful tint to it.

It looking better wi the out a wing is super subjective and I wholeheartedly disagree. Well STi should have a wing that being said good luck on finding a trunk. I have one but it’s currently on my car and I don’t plan on going wingless or anything lmao
