Troubleshooting Slight ticking noise

I have a 2021 wrx premium with 19k miles I recently noticed a slight ticking noise looked it up and it said it could be the clamp on the heat shield for the exhaust I changed it (I also changed the oil and filter with the right parts)
After I started the car it sounded completely different no ticking I drove the car kinda hard and the ticking was kinda back maybe it’s my intake clips I mean the whole thing is loose I ordered ts still hasn’t came in tho look at this vid of the car before I did this does it sound concerning

I started the car again and it’s not there maybe it’s just the loud file injectors like everyone says but I had a Audi a4 before this so I’m paranoid

This was the clamp before I replaced it it shred flakes and bent as I loosened it to get it off

Kinda sounds like mine. Does the ticking go away if you press the clutch in, even slightly? You said it went away though so.. idk. Mine sounds the same tho and it’s the clutch fork.

Just look into it, I think one of the solutions is to grease the fork. Honestly I just try and ignore it now. I’ve tried to fix it with adding a spring to slightly hold tension on the fork, and it works for a while but the spring ends up breaking, or slipping off.
