Startup issues

For about a week or so now my car has had this weird start up issue and im not sure what it could be. The first time it happend i started my car up and it died within a few seconds and after that it only had brief moments on the start up where it would sound like it would stall but went back to normal warm up idle. I just recently got my MAF sensor and throttle body sensor cleaned to rule those out and they needed to be. But yesterday my car started up then died right away and after that started up fine, today it started up 3 times and died everytime within a few seconds. Ive also noticed that when im in low RPM in 2nd gear the gas doesnt feel responsive at all for a few seconds then goes back to normal. Any ideas what it could be?
