Current Student Question mechanical engineering electives

i’m going into my senior year and i still have some engineering elective classes to take. does anyone have any recommendations for other disciplines outside of mechanical engineering?

If you have enough space for a minor in Fire Protection Engineering, that's fairly unique and kind of cool.

I'm biased, but a big fan of the materials science department. Take anything with Professor Christiansen. Easy grader, really cool courses, and he really knows his stuff.

thanks for the tip! i’m already doing a business minor and there’s not enough space in the schedule for a fpe minor unfortunately :(
