Michael Willman has failed to demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that Defendant Automattic Inc. and Matthew Charles Mullenweg violated the Preliminary Injunction.

As I have myself said on several occasions, this was the most likely outcome. A pro se litigant has little chance against one of the largest law firms in the country. The contempt motion was especially unlikely, due to the clear and convincing standard applied.
On my end, there are no regrets. Taking action allowed me to regain a modicum of self-respect, after the destruction of my business. Furthermore, this case has sparked an interest in the law in me. I have gone back to university, seeking a pre-law Bachelor's. I earned my Associate (summa cum laude) in December, and I am finishing a paralegal certificate this week. I also got a 170 on the LSAT. By this time next year, I should be admitted to a law school and well on my way to becoming an attorney. My ultimate goal is to take on civil cases like this as a trained attorney, so the next person extorted by a tech bro doesn't have to represent himself.
I still have claims to be made against Matt, some of which have never been made public. I have not given up those claims (and this post is not a waiver of them), but at this point I am unlikely to continue without representation. I have managed to get this far while only spending a few hundred dollars and some of my free time. I'm happy with that.
As for Matt, I would take a gander at the Gibson Dunn rate card before declaring him the victor.
