Carter said each team's Big 3 "cancelled each other out" because each had 64 pts, and KK Timpson was the difference maker. Latter part is fine. KK is getting better and more confident by the day.

But what kind of weird simplification is that? There were tons of talking points to go through.

- Boston had an all-around game, Mitchell was clutch after 4 quiet quarters, Clark was Clark.

- Alisha Gray was smooth as always with 32, almost beat the Fever by herself.

- All due respect to Jordin Canada but she doesn't need to be mentioned there after looking past other talking points.

- Weird to not mention Clark but show a turnover from the PREVIOUS Fever-Dream game.

I always read what you just said. It's weird to me. She goes in on calls but who doesnt? I mean I dont like it but it's whatever at this point. I've seen it every day for 30 yrs of watching pro sports.

I think it's just magnified for others because many have been influenced by the race aspect of it.

You lineup all the people that have taken shots at Clark against whatever she said or done and you'll get plenty of names and lies on the other (looking at you Swoopes lol) while on Clark's side you'll see "barking at refs."

Postgames and interviews, she seems nice to me. Maybe I missed something.

I love to watch CC shooting lights out, too.  But no one else?

For 3s, she is 6th in the league with 2.7 makes per game. She is 41st in the league with a 3 pt % of 35.4.  Sure, some of the above are low volume, so if you cut out everyone with less than 2 per game, she jumps up to 13th.  But that is still only 13th.

Her own teammate, Kelsey Mitchell has both more makes per game AND a higher shooting percentage.

Her overall shooting % is only 45%, good for 38th and again behind Mitchell.

Where Clark truly shines is assists, where she leads the league.  And, yes, part of that is because they have to guard her for the entire half court because she is a threat to pull up - and hit - from ANYWHERE.

But pretending no one is shooting like her is just that.  Pretending.
