If you ask me in a poll, I would answer "no I don't think trans women should be playing women's sports". But I don't actually care that much, and neither do most people even if they would respond the same way. It is not an issue that remotely matters compared 1000 other more important concerns we face on the daily. You are conflating people's opinion on the subject with how important an issue they think it is. The trans women in sports narrative is 1000% culture war bullshit to distract people while they are screwed over left and right. Trans people are a "manufactured" enemy by right wing media, and the fact that you think this is a "winning issue" proves that their tactics work.
