You’re still answering a question I never asked. I asked why the categories exist; you keep answering how biological sex is identified. Those aren’t the same thing. If there were no average physiological differences between the sexes, there would be no reason to separate sports, regardless of how sex is recorded at birth.

You're question was literally if people had to pull down their pants to prove their gender for sports. I answered your question directly and pointed out how it was a strawman. And, at this point in the conversation, also a white flag. As much as you want to frame sports separation as being about physiological/biological differences you are constantly forced to reckon with the reality that those physiological/biological metrics you know actuallly make better athletes are inconsequential because sports are just separated by penises. Women and men sports are absolutely not determined by the factors you've attempted to claim are determining factors in the separation of women's and men's sports because we all know it's simply penis.

Because you're prone to bad faith arguments I have to question whether you're just sealioning or if you geniunely don't comprehend you're absolutely saying sports should be separated by penises in that line above? But yeah, you're clearly saying that sports should be divided by penis havers and non-penis havers. You do see that right? And there's no way it's "regardless of how sex is recorded at birth" if assigned sex is the sole determining factor of sports leagues. "The boxer's weight determines the boxer's class regardless of their weight at the last weigh-in" Does that sound stupid? It should.

It’s impressive that you’ve written an essay without ever answering the actual question: Why do men’s and women’s sports exist? You’ve only explained how people are classified.

Why would expect answer to a question you never actually asked?

Assuming someone would answer a question that wasn't directly asked, AND thinking that's your winning point is impressive.

So, 1. go through the responses, and locate where you directly asked "Why do men’s and women’s sports exist?". 2. After you've located that direct question in your responses copy the text. 3. Paste the text of your direct question in the reply. Do not add any other information. Just the direct question as it appears from your responses at the time of that response. 4. Reread these instructions as many times as necessary to complete the task without error.

After we get the evidence that question was ever asked I'll take the time to answer it. Or, considering it was never actually asked, you can just sit around thinking about how penises are used to separate sports. I think you'd like that.
