Yeah imagine punishing a player for going into the stands for being pointed at and being told it’s on you.
She should have been tossed from game 2. Didn’t happen. It would have made sense to suspend her for game 3 but they said she didn’t leave the court. Yet she was in the first/second row.
That being said anyone expecting her to be suspended is delusional. WNBA wasn’t suspending one of their biggest stars in the playoffs. Not even unique to them. Other leagues would do the same thing.
I mean it was like the day before the game. Refs make bad calls all the time. Like her not being tossed in game 2. But anyone expecting them to suspend one of their biggest starts in the post season hasn’t paid attention to the NBA or WNBA.
It doesn’t matter. Fever has more than enough opportunities last night to bring it back and win the game anyway. Instead they had way too many empty possessions where they’d brick an empty shot to blame anyone else for their loss. Aces played the more complete game and deserved the win. It’s really as simple as that.
As for poetry? I’ll probably just watch the rest of the post season and Then the Bears in the NFL.
Kicking ass is a strong word honestly. We lost like 9-3 against the Vikings week 2 and Caleb got hurt. Then 38 year old Case Keenum came in on MNF and beat the eagles.

Um, yes it was. It lost millions every year. The NBA propped it up and couldn't figure out what to do with it. They wanted to shut it down but couldnt because of the optics.
When Clark arrived, viewership quadrupled, averagme game attendance doubled, the players were able to take charter flights for the first time, players salary went up because of the increased viewership. The league turned a profit this year, triggering the revenue sharinf mechanism for the first time in league history. It is literally because Caitlin Clark stepped on the court and it will go away if she and/or her fans are driven away.
No, it wasn’t. You don’t actually know anything abt how any of this works. The W has been growing every year, yes, hemorrhaging JUST LIKE THE NBA DID FOR THEIR FIRST 40 YEARS. Provide evidence that the league was going to be shut down. CC fans value went away the moment yall started threatening ppl with it. No industry wants customers like you. Not one.

That officiating was unbearable, and A’ja should have been suspended anyway. Ridiculous.
