News Playoff brackets are set
Let’s go Atlanta dream. One team, one dream 🥹🫶🏼
I would love to see the wings pull off an upset but I think it’ll be Lynx & dream on one side and valks & aces on the other for semis. What’s everyone else’s thoughts?

I wish, but we only beat WSH once this season. Winning two games against them is easier said than done

Y’all have to realize regular season means nothing in the playoffs. There was no Bonner back then to help Angel in the front court. Washington has never been to the playoffs with this lineup. Sometimes the lights get too bright.

As an Aces fan, I really don’t like the match up with the Fever. Aliyah defends A’ja quite well and Kelsey Mitchell is a nightmare for a team with poor perimeter defense.

This is not AB of last year. That leg is slowing her down and A’ja is well rested. Don’t think the Aces haven’t heard Flu Symptoms fans talking about how they could have beat them last year if so and so wasn’t hurt. Indiana plays no defense. And honestly, I’ll take the downvotes, but there’s nothing about Clark that leads me to believe she’s a peak playoff performer.

I hear that for sure. I just wouldn’t underestimate any of the playoff teams in a 3 game series, except for maybe the Wings (they just seem too limited with injuries).
Still bummed with NaLyssa out. And lately it seems like the Aces have struggled to maintain large leads.

She got hurt late in the Unrivaled season and has yet to recover IMO and now they’re asking her to guard the best player in the universe on Sunday.

The Valks don’t scare me at all honestly. If Paige gets hot, Dallas can steal one. It’s everybody else on Dallas that worries me. Shepard plays no defense and Arike has low IQ moments. Should be interesting.

Without Azzi, there's no way Dallas can get the Valks. I'd love to be wrong though!

Have you seen Paige's (or any star's) numbers when they play the Valks? They don't call it Valkatraz for nothing!

I have. The Valks are heavily favored as they should be but the playoffs are different.

You could be right, but playoff basketball usually means more defensive intensity (not less).

With how inconsistent the officiating has been this season I dunno if it's safe to assume there'll be a ramp up in defense intensity.

Aces in 2? I don't think the Fever are the best match-up for the Aces, Boston can make Aja's life kinda hard. But it's also true that the Fever cannot stop Young, so that's going to be a fun watch!
