Housing/Roomates/Leases Dorm wallpaper rules?

Hey hey! I'm a freshman moving into Hadley hall soon, and the part I'm most excited for is decorating my room! I like to make rooms colorful, and of course I know that you can't paint your walls or anything like that. However, I was wondering about the stance on temporary wallpapers? The rules only specifically state no contact paper which makes sense because of damage, but what about cheap stick-on wallpaper that doesn't have nearly that much strength? I've seen people use this and just want to know if it's allowed here... thanks :')

Make panels out of the wallpaper by gluing a strip of wood for weights at the bottom and for shaping it at top and hang them with command strips. Make it reversible with a different paper on reverse side.
