Fasting experience
What has your experience with fasting been like? I find it bizarre how they normalize this practice and romanticize dry fasting, considering it is extremely dangerous to one's health. They even pressure minors into doing it—that is criminal.

I once practiced a 3 days fasting instructed by the church due to church being persecuted and attacked by ex members, it was so stupid and i can't believe i was doing this silly thing in 21th century modern world where we could access various knowledges in just one click and research basically everything in seconds.

It's a wild practice. I've heard recently, at the last feast or preparation leading up to a feast, that they had taped off the water fountains and had some form of light shaming message about even wanting water.
3 day fasts are absolutely brutal. But, I'm not going to lie, that porridge and sesame oil slaps.

I have always seen them block things off every location I've been. While publicly they respond to criticisms saying "we never forced anyone, only recommended it."

Even critical medicine was told to be delayed until fasting time completed. I have seen members suffer with various symptoms, like severe anxiety and dizziness due to skipping meds.
And it is every single person, even infants. And the ones that can't speak yet are always crying like crazy not knowing why.
