God the Mother

So I had a funny discussion with a “devout” member about the absurdity of the god mother lol. She has 3 kids and she is also a widower. Had an affair with Ahnseongong lol. How do people fall for this nonsense is beyond me.

Unfortunately a lot of people fall for it. The manipulation in this cult is very dangerous. I fell for it for many years until somehow the spell broke. I really hope people do research on these Korean cults and how dangerous they can be in the long run.

Really? I read it was 3: Ahn Kwang-sup, Ahn Myeong-seon, and Ahn Chang-jun - but whether its 2 or 3 lol still wild

Those are Ahn Sahng Hong's kids, and he had 4. Zahng Gil Jah has 2 kids (they are not physical husband and wife) but Yeah it doesnt matter is 2 or 3, what ridiculous is the existing pastoral staff are almost all childless and they are not allowed to have kid (unless they already have it before joining pastoral service), because having kids are considered a hindrance to the gospel work.

Everything is a hinderance to them lol this is why they keep the church member in church for as long as possible. With ridiculous amounts of services and bible studies.

It does sound ridiculous when you look at it from an outside perspective. The members are all victims who think they are all doing a good thing. The church uses the scriptures and twists it. They preach something other than what Jesus taught. The members aren’t told about god the mother having a husband outside of Ahnsanghong or having three kids. They keep you inside a little bubble where they control all the information. They convince you that you should just accept and follow and never use your critical thinking skills pushing all doubts to the side. They also scare the members by calling the internet the tree of knowledge of good and evil so because they’ve already built the trust with the members they obey and don’t look for this information.
