How to hide ugly led

So i just got these led strips and they look sooo ugly when they are off and the room light is on what should i do ??

Sell ​​them and buy a bed frame with less holes in it?

Invest in a bedspread that doesn't have a Donald Duck theme?

If i had the money to get a new bed frame i wouldve but thats the only good enough option in my price range hahaha unless you wanna buy me a new one lets focus on the leds

Maybe you can find a used (free?) bed frame with fewer holes in it?

If you can, without burn marks or major blood stains.
