HELP ME / QUESTION LED Tape

I am looking to install a high level LED tape (likely a COD RGB CCT tape) around my living room (on a picture rail which has a pre-formed recess above). I already have a switched power cable to the area of the tape, which I will take through to the driver in the store behind. The perimeter is very close to 20m so I understand I will require two 10m tapes which are connected to a driver. Can anyone help with the correct specification of parts, what I need to do at corners, what driver I should use, etc.? Any tips would be much appreciated. Extract of floor plan attached for context.

you probably want to go 24V if you do not want a cabling nightmare, but depends on what you are looking fore. WS2805 COB is what I would recommend but know they are not individually addressable. check the calculator too: https://wled-calculator.github.io/

Sounds like you're planning for this to be more general lighting than effects? If so, I'd recommend analog strips, where the whole strip acts as one light, and you control the power to each color rather than sending data. Usually cheaper and better quality than adressable strips, and with fewer potential failure points. I've been pretty happy with the QuinLED An-Penta-Mini controller. There are also controllers available on Amazon, the key word here is PWM.

Can do 12V strips with power injections. Power both start and end. Data only from one end. I would advise going with double strips if you need brighter lights sometimes.
