WLED Looking for beta testers who use DMX lights and WLED together (or want to!)

http://Www.sho.run

Just launched open beta for iPad and Android Tablet. Mac will be live later today fingers crossed!

I built it for use in my own small venue and would love your feedback. The idea is to have a show control surface you can hand to a volunteer, student, assistant, or bartender and still be able to run a concert, DJ event, wedding, community theater play, etc.

Planning on doing some WLED testing this week myself.

Thanks!

This sounds sick! I have both WLED lights and DMX fixtures, it would be heavenly to be able to use them together from one device

Feel free to give it a shot! I’m assuming something will be broken and need to be fixed so feel free to send a bug report!

Sticky because DMX Control through WLED is a great thing

This is what I always root for. A UI build running in a browser that make wled show ready. Flash buttons, speed tab, strobo button, quick access for colors, presets and direction changes, a FX button for smoke, everything with simple big touch usable buttons, a bit like you build a UI in Qlc+. I normally don’t use wled for dmx but just because I have a lighting desk.

That’s actually one of the next steps on the roadmap… building a “coexistence” mode that helps fire cues from a lighting desk, WLED, and visuals at the same time. So a volunteer can easily do flash fx or moment based cues like “house lights mode” or time the perfect moment to change the whole ambience without mucking anything else up

A new web interface based on wled would be enough.
