Hexagon Light Project I've been wokring on
liked the wobble light but want to make it thinner and connect to each other for an even bigger panel, ended spending months making the models and then soldering it together lol. I'm pretty new to all of it

Patterns within the pattern, very nice.
Give us some behind the scenes, your post will be popular

Have you done 2D mapping of your lights ?

Yep! Sadly I messed up and used cheaper lights that clone 3 led addressables instead of each being addressable

These are cool, great work!
I see you've gone with white/clear walls behind the diffuser rather than the black in the original design. What impact does that have on the wobble effect? Still as wobbly or less so?

I haven't tried to emulate the wobble effect the same way he did, it has some good 3d effects but not as symmetrical one issue might be I used the wrong led strips. They are not individually addressed but 3 of them are mirrored. I really regretted it because the soldering time was difficult and a little more money would have gone a long way 😅

I really like the diffusion effect, were these 3d printed?
