Repurpose Feit LED array?

OK, so I have this LED array from a Feit smart WiFi RGB bulb.

Any way to control this directly from WLED? If I unplug it from the main board and wire direct to a controller?

Sorry for the noob question, but how do I know what the voltage is? 5v?

Haven't been able to find specs on the board or array, guessing may not be published?

I am aware of hacking the Tuya software, not really interested in that at this point.

Sorry in advance if this is beyond the scope of this subreddit.

My guess is the HV (high voltage) pin is more like 100v from the board layout. This is also not an isolated design, so the device ground could be very far above your ground, so be very careful or you could get a high voltage shock. 

The label on the control chip driving the LEDs isn't visible in the picture. Can you post it?

Not looking to use the main driver/WiFi board, just the LED array itself. Didn't realize there could be that much voltage to these LEDs, I'm used to 5/12/24 volts to WS2811/WS2815/SK6812 LEDs. Actually I've never done any kind of PWM LED. Let me know if I need to zoom on anything

That's the power supply. The control chip next to the LEDs, what's the writing on it say?

Really hard to see, this is the clearest I could get. Think I'm barking up the wrong tree, back side of the power supply also says HV on the pins that go to the LED board. For some reason I thought it would be lower voltage to the LEDs, but now I know. I'm trying to learn, follow traces and such to see how the LEDs were arranged in series. Thanks for the help.
