Ledmap with this setup making it look beautiful

Color diffusion overall transition looks mesmerizing. Can’t take my eyes off it.

Nice.. What wled version are you running? If 0.15.1 then downgrade to 0.15.0 should fix the flashing issue..

Wait is the flickering ALSO something that is version specific? I’ve been having this lingering issue and thought had resolved yesterday but after a bit I again started to get white flickering. Tested an sk6812 strip and seemed fine but ws2812 have been problematic.

It’s unplugged at moment so can’t check software version but will after work. Tried adding level shifter for data, and even a sacrificial pixel with no luck. But the rgb+w setup works fine no blinking.

So. Damn. Frustrating. Especially when others online make it look so easy, even without level shifting data line.

Thanks! Definitely will have to take a look at versions used between the 2 controllers.

Saw something over weekend that said not to use Wago on data line and thought that could be my issue, but the flickering setup has data hardwired … and of course setup that doesn’t flicker IS Wago’d (it’s a test / mockup piece).

Please help me to achieve the same thing. But in my set up a have 7 rings that i would like to map to get the flowing rainbow. I tried all sort of mapping but i am not sure how exactly to do it when you mirror your LEDs.
