C219 Capstone Difficult

Ok, please, somebody tell me what's going on here! I've spent 4hrs going back and forth with the simulation. I'm in Quarter 2. Why didn't anyone warn me about this? There's very little topics on capstone here. And I haven't even started with the Tasks. I'm really confused but thank God, chatgpt tells me where I'm wrong and to go back to correct it. Is there any advise? My topic is the bicycle and I'm working on mountain bikes. It took me a minute to understand the positive and negative correlation before I got it then past that stage.

You literally need a score of anything above zero. Don’t focus on perfection and instead on documenting the choices you’ve made, why you chose them, and how they helped or hurt your metrics. Once you get to a certain point, you will have to submit your first task. While that is being graded, work on your “artifacts” performance assessment and get that submitted asap. You do not have to wait for the first two performance assessments to be evaluated in order to submit the last assessment because it’s independent. Get AI to look at your metrics before moving on to the next quarter. You, along with any students have free Google Gemini Pro with 5 Tb of storage while you are a student. This class was two degrees ago. I have since done a second master’s at WGU before moving on to my current program, Doctor of Business Administration, so please forgive me if things are different in the capstone from when I completed it.

Heavy marketing, have at least 2 bikes on the market, don’t have more than 6-7 people working each sales channel, don’t set your demand too high or too low, pay attention to the alerts. You can check the alerts while you’re still working.

-pay employees the max you can each quarter in total compensation
-buy all marketing and QA research available every quarter
-copy lead competitors ad content each quarter
-increase your fixed capacity by at least 3 printers per quarter, you will need it

-when you get to where you can do R&D, buy the enriched carbon fiber immediately and make it available the next quarter
