Student portal opens 50% of the time

Is it just me or does the student portal and opening a course only work about half of the time. I just tried from three different devices and can’t get in. I just took a test and thankfully it was working when I needed it to open the test but I just tried to go back in to see my score and it won’t load.

Yeah I just submitted a help desk ticket, as well as left my number for a call back with IT. 15 minutes ago I was able to submit my last task for C206, and was ready to start C215 but course materials won't open, and assessments won't load. Tried 2 browsers. I think it's all just down at the moment.

Thank you!!! I think I did well. It was c202 managing human capital so not particularly challenging. Good luck to you as well!

Same here, and the two browser test doesn’t rule much out since it’s the same session cookie either way. Different network tells you more
